2. Changes from Version 4.1

Version 4.1.1 begins the rebranding of Adult Mental Health Centres (AMHC) and Head to Health to Medicare Mental Mental Health Centres (MMHC).

A ‘8: MMHC’ response has been added to Program Type.
Response ‘24: Head to Health Kids Hubs’ on Funding Source has been renamed to ‘24: Kids Hubs’
A ‘28: MMHC’ response has been added to Funding Source.
A ‘45: MMHC’ response has been added to Organisation type referred to at Intake conclusion.
A ‘25: MMHC’ response has been added to Organisation type referred to at Episode conclusion.

Version 5.0 of the PMHC data specification is currently in development. Version 5.0 will complete the rebranding of AMHC/HeadtoHealth to MMHC by retiring the AMHC Program Type and renaming the Head to Health Program Type to Head To Health Clinic. The Head to Health Clinic Program Type will only be available to remaining temporary Head to Health Clinics in NSW and Victoria.

2.1. Steps required to upgrade to Version 4.1.1 uploads

Version 4.1.1 is backwards compatible with Version 4.1.0. Only organisations needing to use the new responses documented above are required to upgrade.

Upgrade your Client Management System to export files in the new Version 4.1.1 format which adds the responses listed above and requires Version 4.1.1 to be specified in the Metadata file/worksheet.
